警衔和服役条纹
我为服役条纹创建了一个新的部件使其能够加在警服上并重做了更加高清和完善的警衔

安装教程：
将 Male文件内的文件放置 mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpclothes\dlc\x64\models\cdimages\mpclothes_male\mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_clothes_01
将RANKS和Service Strips 的ytd文件也要拖入
Female 文件内的文件放置 mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpclothes\dlc1\x64\models\cdimages\mpclothes_female\mp_m_freemode_01_mp_f_clothes_01
将RANKS和Service Strips 的ytd文件也要拖入
