    日志末尾有一个 “UNHANDLED EXCEPTION”（未处理异常），导致 LSPDFR 被强制终止。
    而在那之前，有一条明确的错误记录：

    [2026/4/12 8:12:04 PM.664] LSPD First Response: Error while processing callout: [UC] 公共治安骚乱: Operation is not valid because the specified Rage.Ped is invalid.

    结论：
    是 UnitedCallouts 插件中的 “公共治安骚乱” (PublicPeaceDisturbance) 这个呼叫任务，在处理过程中试图访问一个无效的游戏角色（Ped），引发了异常，并且该异常没有被插件自己捕获，最终导致整个 LSPDFR 崩溃。
